Let's check the vitals of your marketing efforts to see how things are running with a brief analysis of your current strategies. This is an annual wellness exam that generally includes a quick analysis of online and in-person marketing efforts. You may receive an A+ as your company is doing great or there may be some things we need to improve upon. Average amount of time spent is 12 hours.
Diagnostic Eval
Our Specialty: A 360 degree approach to ensure all key points are up-to-date, creative, and working efficiently. We dive in deep with a cross-sectional analysis of your current marketing efforts, patient satisfaction and referring provider experience to boost your business. We'll take a look at the good, the bad, and the ugly to find creative solutions to increase referrals while reducing headaches. This is a custom package built for your company size and current state of your marketing and can take anywhere from 20-100 hours.
Rep On-Call
Do you have an important meeting and need to bring along a people-person who knows how to read a room? Do you have short-term marketing needs like introducing a new physician or service to target offices? Are your reps having trouble closing deals? Hire an experienced physician liaison to facilitate meetings with key players, available Fractional Hiring or PRN.

What is this going to cost me?
While each client will receive a custom package based on their needs, the standard hourly rate is $150 for consulting. Most Check-Ups take around 12 hours and the in-depth Diagnostic Eval can take anywhere from 20-100 hours. Rep On-Call Services are a negotiated contract based on commitment.
What does the timeline look like?
We hand-pick our clients to ensure we will have successful outcomes. We’ll start with an introductory call to learn about your company and your needs. If we think we’ll be a good fit, we will provide a custom proposal with our gameplan, required needs on your end, and estimated number of hours.
